Candle Warmer Lamp: Scent Without Lighting the Wick
Share
A candle warmer lamp melts a jar candle from above with a halogen bulb. The wick is never lit, so there is no open flame and no soot from a burning wick, and the wax melts from the top while the candle releases its scent.
What our lamp has
- A walnut-colour wooden base, metal arm and ribbed glass shade
- An adjustable-height arm, so jar candles of different heights fit under the shade
- An EU plug
Which candles work
Jar candles that fit under the shade. Free-standing pillar candles and tealights are not a good match.
Use it sensibly
- Switch the lamp off when you leave the room.
- Keep paper, fabric and curtains away from the hot bulb and shade.
- Let the bulb cool before touching it or changing the candle.
No open flame does not mean no heat. Treat it like any other hot lamp.
See the lamp on the candle warmer page, or browse Home & Ambiance.
