Shipping policy
Free shipping on every order to the countries listed below. There is no minimum order.
Where we ship
Denmark and the EU: Denmark and these 23 EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
Outside the EU: United States (the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C.), Canada, Australia, Japan, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and Norway. Not every product ships to every one of these countries; see the table below.
We currently do not ship to Cyprus, Latvia, Malta, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US territories or military (APO/FPO) addresses, or to any country not listed above. If an order to an address we do not serve gets through, we will cancel and refund it in full.
Processing and delivery times
Every order is processed within 1–3 business days and then dispatched. Delivery times are estimates in business days, not guarantees.
Denmark and the EU (after dispatch):
- Delivery: about 8–18 business days after dispatch.
- Bulgaria and Croatia: about 9–21 business days after dispatch.
- Water Ripple Night Light: about 12–20 business days after dispatch, to every listed EU country.

“–” means we cannot ship that product to that country yet, and checkout will not offer delivery for it there. The candle warmer has an EU plug and ships to Denmark, the EU and Norway only (Norway: about 9–18 business days from order).
Orders ship from our partner warehouses, and an order with several products may arrive in more than one parcel at no extra cost. Each parcel follows the delivery time for its product.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.
Customs, duties and taxes
Denmark and the EU: no customs or import charges should apply. If one is ever requested, contact us before paying.
Outside the EU: orders may be charged import duties and/or taxes by the destination country. These are not included in our prices or in the free shipping, and are paid by the customer on delivery. Norway: import VAT (25%) and a carrier handling fee may be charged on delivery; they are not included in our prices or in the free shipping. United States: duty may apply to all imports, whatever the order value.
Lost or delayed parcels
Denmark and the EU: if your parcel has not arrived 30 days after dispatch, contact us and we will investigate and resend or refund.
Outside the EU: if your parcel has not arrived 45 days after dispatch, contact us and we will investigate and resend or refund.
