Polarela is operated by Stefan, a carpenter based in Nyborg, Denmark. Working with materials and functional design every day has shaped our approach: we value products that solve real household needs, look at home, and are straightforward to use.

Our service

Free shipping on every order to Denmark and 23 EU countries, and on most products to the US (mainland), Canada, Australia, Japan and Switzerland, and on selected products to the UK and Norway.

Delivery typically takes about 8–18 business days after dispatch, with 1–3 business days for processing.

Polarela is an online-only store run by Maestro Works (CVR 41204079), Denmark. There is no walk-in shop. Stefan chooses the products, and they are shipped directly to you by our suppliers, often from warehouses outside the EU. Delivery usually takes about 8–18 business days after dispatch.
