Mist instead of a pour
A pour from a bottle is hard to stop. A light press sends a fine mist across a pan, an air-fryer basket, a baking tray, or a salad. You still choose how many presses. The sprayer does not make a meal healthier by itself; it only changes how the oil lands. Thick, cold oil moves slowly — warm the bottle in your hands, or use a thinner oil. Do not force a clogged pump; rinse it first.

- A mist on an air-fryer basket so food does not stick as easily.
- A spray over a salad instead of drowning it from the bottle.

- Wipe the threads dry, then screw the pump on.
- Prime with a few presses into the sink until the mist steadies.

How do I stop the nozzle clogging?
